By placing a booking you acknowledge that you have read and are bound to the terms and conditions.
Payment is to be made at the time of booking to secure the booking. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer using your own banking provider. You are responsible for entering the details correctly and the reader will not be held responsible if errors are made.
In the event of no connection within the first 5 minutes of a reading or 10 minutes discovery call in the case of healing/ programmes a full refund will be given. If you continue with the session after this point no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility of to notify the reader if unsatisfied and no longer wish to continue. By continuing with the session and booking further sessions, you confirm you are satisfied with the service provided. Subsequent sessions will not be eligible for refund, under any circumstances. All other services are final and not eligible for refund.
Readings Charged at 100% of cost if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
Rescheduling appointments anytime before 24h is at the discretion of the reader and a time is not guaranteed.
Time Limit to use for spare minutes and packages
If you purchase additional readings, healing packages with the intention to using in the future you will have 6 months to use them unless a prior arrangement is made. If you have not used them and no arrangement has been made after 6 months you will no longer be able to use them.
Readings are for the time allocated. You will not able to ask questions, whether new or for clarification of things said during the session, after the reading is finished.
Once the report has been ordered and the work begins, the sale is final and is not eligible for refund
